The work we've done
Experience
Our work spans a diverse range of partners—from early‑stage start‑ups and mission‑driven non‑profits to local governments navigating complex development challenges. Across all projects, we specialise in helping organisations plan and implement initiatives that are rooted in local realities. By collaborating closely with community stakeholders and taking the time to understand local economies, social dynamics, and institutional contexts, we ensure that every strategy is both practical and responsive to the people it is designed to serve.

Rural Development
In Quebec, we partnered with a rural community facing limited road access and long‑standing economic deprivation to unlock the potential of an underutilised plot of land. Our work focused on catalysing local economic activity by bringing together community actors, small businesses, and local government to co‑design a development vision rooted in the region’s identity. We supported stakeholders in planning the infrastructure needed to attract visitors and stimulate tourism, while ensuring that every step aligned with environmental standards and minimised disruption to the landscape.
Educational Technology
We worked with an emerging educational technology provider in the GCC seeking to expand its regional footprint and deepen its understanding of a rapidly evolving education landscape. Our work focused on analysing how national policies, reform agendas, and shifting government priorities were shaping the future of learning across the region. By mapping policy impacts, engaging with local stakeholders, and assessing trends in digital adoption, we helped the organisation clarify where the market was heading and how to position itself for sustainable growth.

Global Healthcare Technology
Firm
We were hired by a Fortune 500 healthcare technology firm to assess how emerging markets—particularly India—could integrate novel surgical techniques into their existing health systems. Our research examined the capacity of local hospitals, the readiness of clinical infrastructure, and the rapid evolution of the healthcare landscape driven by a growing middle class. The insights helped the client understand market readiness, identify strategic entry points, and align their innovations with the realities of fast‑changing healthcare environments.
Educational Expansion in Nigeria
We worked with an education platform seeking to expand its presence in Nigeria by addressing the country’s widening skills gap and the limitations of the public education system. Our team analysed how private‑sector innovation could complement national priorities and fill critical learning gaps, particularly for a growing middle‑class population seeking flexible, high‑quality options. Through this work, we developed a comprehensive strategy for a hybrid learning model tailored to Nigeria’s evolving educational landscape—one that aligns with labour‑market needs, leverages digital accessibility, and offers a compelling pathway for learners seeking upward mobility.

Micro-Enterprises within the Carribbean Islands
We partnered with a well‑established Caribbean specialty food brand to design a scalable model that empowers micro‑enterprises across the region. Our work focused on creating a distribution and franchise framework that would allow local entrepreneurs to sell a trusted, globally recognised brand while safeguarding product quality and brand reputation. By identifying ways to mitigate the risks associated with expansion and tailoring operational guidance to local market realities, we helped build a pathway for small businesses to participate in a sustainable, region‑wide growth strategy—strengthening livelihoods and expanding economic opportunity.
